Audience

What is an audience?

A target group defined by one or more targeting conditions. Conditions that include a "First Date" will only target customers whose relevant behavior occurred after that date.

You can use audiences when creating on-site and message campaigns.

From Preset

Explore prebuilt audience presets, recommended by Datarize for effective targeting.

From Scratch

You can create your own audience by combining the targeting conditions you want. Refer to the descriptions of each condition below to create the desired audience!

All period conditions can be set based on either the “Send date,” which is calculated based on the day the campaign is sent out, or the “Select date,” which allows you to specify a fixed date.

8. Conversion probability score conditions

The conversion probability score is calculated based on all behaviors of site visitors, measuring how similar their behavior patterns are to those of other customers who have made purchases. A higher score means the visitor has progressed further towards the final stage of the purchase funnel. Since the score is calculated based on recent site visits, even a low score indicates a customer with potential to purchase.

Check the “conversion probability score” under the [User] menu and set an appropriate conversion probability score range!

9. Churn probability conditions

The churn probability is calculated based on the purchase cycle of customers who have made 2 or more purchases. The purchase cycle is determined using each customer's individual purchase data, leading to different values for each customer. This metric only applies to customers who have made at least 2 purchases to date, so it does not exist for those who have never purchased or who are first purchase customers.

Check the “Churn probability” under the [User] menu and set an appropriate churn probability range.
